Question 1

What is Voice of God Accessories?

Accepted Answer

Voice of God Accessories is an online supplier of quality fashion and shoemaking materials — including leather, soles, threads, buckles, zippers, and related accessories. We serve individual makers, designers, creative businesses, and resellers across Nigeria with both retail and wholesale purchasing options.

Question 2

Do I need an account to shop?

Accepted Answer

You can browse the website, view products, and add items to your cart without an account. Sign in or create a free account when you are ready to checkout, track orders, or manage your profile.

Question 3

How do I create an account?

Accepted Answer

Go to the sign-up page and register with your email and password, or use Continue with Google. During sign-up you will choose a retail or wholesale account type and provide your full name and phone number. Google sign-in users complete name and phone on a one-time profile setup screen before entering the store.

Question 4

Why must I provide my name and phone when signing up?

Accepted Answer

Your name and phone number are required so we can identify you on orders, arrange delivery, and contact you about payments, stock, or order updates. Once your profile is set up, these details are locked on your account for security and order accuracy. Contact us if you entered incorrect information during registration.

Question 5

Can I change my name or phone after registration?

Accepted Answer

No. After your initial profile setup, your full name and phone number cannot be changed from your account settings. You can still update your WhatsApp number, profile photo, and password. If you need a correction, contact our team with your account email and order details.

Question 6

What is the difference between retail and wholesale accounts?

Accepted Answer

Retail accounts are for individual makers and small buyers who purchase at standard retail prices. Wholesale accounts are for businesses, manufacturers, and resellers who qualify for bulk pricing on eligible products. Some items may show wholesale-only pricing or minimum order quantities.

Question 7

How do I apply for a wholesale account?

Accepted Answer

Select Wholesale when you sign up, or apply from your account dashboard under Wholesale. Your application is reviewed by our team. Until approval, your account remains in a pending wholesale state and you can still shop at retail prices where available.

Question 8

How long does wholesale approval take?

Accepted Answer

We review wholesale applications as quickly as possible, typically within a few business days. You will see your wholesale status in your dashboard. For urgent requests, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your business name and the types of materials you need.

Question 9

How does product pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Each product is priced for a specific unit of sale — for example per pair, per yard, per sheet, per piece, per dozen, or per pack. The price shown on the product page applies to that unit. Some products also offer multiple pack-size options (variants) with their own prices.

Question 10

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Browse the shop, add products to your cart (choosing color, pack size, or quantity where applicable), then proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address and preferred delivery option, review your order summary, and submit. You will receive an order number once the order is placed.

Question 11

What happens after I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Your order is recorded with a pending status. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, total amount (including delivery where applicable), and payment instructions. Order status updates (processing, shipped, delivered) appear in your account dashboard.

Question 12

What delivery options are available?

Accepted Answer

At checkout you can choose Standard Delivery (delivery within your area), Express Delivery (priority processing), or Store Pickup (collect from our location). Delivery fees and timelines are confirmed when we contact you after your order is placed.

Question 13

Do you deliver nationwide in Nigeria?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We deliver to all Nigerian states. Enter your state, city, and full delivery address at checkout. Remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional time or courier arrangements, which we will communicate before dispatch.

Question 14

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

At checkout you can pay securely with Paystack using card or bank transfer. After payment succeeds, your order moves to processing. Delivery fees (if any) may still be confirmed by our team depending on your location.

Question 15

What is your returns and refunds policy?

Accepted Answer

Because many of our products are cut materials (fabric, leather, thread, etc.), returns are generally not accepted once an item has been cut, used, or customised unless it is faulty or not as described. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a defective or incorrect item, with photos and your order number.

Question 16

Can I save items for later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the wishlist heart icon on any product to save it to your account. You can review saved items from your wishlist page at any time.

Question 17

Can I compare products side by side?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add up to several products to compare using the compare feature on product cards. Visit the Compare page to see specifications, SKU, pricing, and other details side by side before you decide.

Question 18

How do I reset my password?

Accepted Answer

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password and enter your account email. Follow the link in the email we send to set a new password. If you signed up with Google, continue using Google sign-in or contact us for help linking an email password.
